Madison, WI Sound Healing Meditation Classes | Reiki, Crystal Singing Bowls, Pranayama

Join us for upcoming sound healing events at the Mindful Life Center, Unity Church and the Pheasant Branch Trail! We use guided meditation, Pranayama techniques, a combination of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and Reiki to provide a transformational experience for the mind, body and spirit.

How does Sound Healing work? Is it scientifically proven to benefit us? YES! Sound waves vibrate over the body, stimulating our parasympathetic nervous system to help de-stress and bring us into a relaxed state of being. 

Happy hormones increase, so while we feel calm, we also feel peaceful and often even blissful after sound healing.

Reservations are required as space is limited to about 12 people per session. Registration is free, unless you'd like to pay online with a card. If you pay in person, it's cash only.
