Imagine an entire weekend focused on your own personal growth and well-being. Arrive Friday evening around 6pm for a healthy meal followed by a late night yoga practice. The next day there will be yoga in the AM, continental breakfast and a series of workshops that will leave you energized, curious and wanting more. There will be an introductory kayaking workshop to learn how to more easily maneuver your boat, prevent injury and become efficient in your paddle stroke. We will also focus on how to bring our yogic breathwork to the water to help in high wind and wave or for a more meditative paddling experience. We will play some games, keep it lighthearted and walk away feeling more confident. Then you'll have a choice of workshop to either strengthen your yoga practice as we break down poses for injury prevention and understanding, or delve into various forms of mindfulness and meditation. There will be lunch in between to re-energize and free time afterwards to reflect and rest. After dinner we will welcome the group to a sound healing meditation concert with over 14 different instruments combined with hands off Reiki. Throughout the entire weekend, you will have the option of signing up for an individual hour-long Reiki session on a massage table for stress-reduction. On Sunday, we will all paddle to an island, eat lunch and practice a forest therapy walk (think slow walking, mindful moments in nature). If time, there's a beautiful channel to paddle to learn about Eagle River history while looking at some historic waterfront mansions.
It will truly be a weekend to connect, unwind, build confidence and have fun with other like-minded women in a beautiful location. As a token of our gratitude to all of the great teachers in our lives, educators receive a $50 discount off of the full price!
