Our goal for individuals is to have fun and relax by connecting with their true 'self' through nature-based programming. We guide people to actualize their full potential by beginning to seek it out in their daily lives through nature connection and mindful play. w e b e l i e v e.We believe that the magic lies in cultivating a strong connection with nature. Many of us like the outdoors, and some of us even seek it out. But have you ever stopped to think about our dependency to nature at a cellular level? That need we have "to become whole" (the short definition for heal) can be found when we press pause, and take time to build a deeper connection with the more than human world. Its colors send a relaxing response to our parasympathetic nervous system to calm down. The fresh air that fills our lungs promotes deep breathing, helping us to become more peaceful. It lifts our mood and provides a creative outlook on life. We become inspired by its scenic beauty, elegance and vastness. Its wildlife and dynamic way of being leads to curiosity. It helps us live in the present moment when we interact with it purposefully. It gives us something to connect to. It provides a sense of hope and promotes feelings of gratitude. And so it goes.
