Moira will be taking 2026 to reflect and revamp what adult programming will look like in 2027. She will not be hosting any retreats through Hike and Heal Wellness. Instead, you'll be able to find her at SACRED THREAD™ on select Sundays throughout the year. The adult offerings showcased below are hosted by amazing practitioners that she 100% believes in and has benefited from.

Mr. Franklin couldn't have said it better. His words are exactly how we feel about the human brain. While we teach all learning styles, our process is heavily focused on doing. Did you notice that the all-inclusive section above used action words? That is because in order to achieve life-change, you must be willing to take action. Our process includes the three simple steps outlined below:
C O M M I TFirst, you will make a commitment to yourself by setting an intention for the retreat. Initially a personal endeavor, individuals will be prompted to share with the group to establish a network of support. This is your starting point for your personal growth journey.

E X P LO R EThe bulk of the retreat will be spent on self-exploration through personal and group initiatives led by certified instructors. You will play, build community, learn new self-care techniques, immerse yourself in nature and awaken your full potential.

C E L E B R A T EThroughout your experience with us, there may be challenges to overcome. The human mind, body and spirit can go through immense changes in a short period of time. You will learn to acknowledge, anchor and celebrate your successes.

OUR CLIENTS
While we will work with anyone interested, the groups listed above commonly seek us out. You can always customize your own wellness event. We have had previous guests from a public retreat ask us to run a friends and family retreat. Have a conversation with Moira & she will send you a proposal with all of the details. Email her today to create your dream outing!

Customize ItCustomize mini, half, full or multi-day retreats. You choose the group and let us know your goals. From there, Moira will create a special program for your group to benefit from. Weekends or summer days are preferred. Your facilitator, is a public school teacher and needs to work around MMSD's academic calendar. If you request programming (i.e. foraging) that she cannot provide on her own, she will coordinate collaboration.

Endless Possibilities We combine Forest Therapy, Yoga, Sound Healing and Reiki to create a transformative experience. We can also lead kayaking workshops, mindfulness paddles and leadership development workshops. We will coordinate with you to meet the goals of your group. We can keep it light-hearted & fun, dive deep into personal growth, or focus on skill-building. We will create a fun, spirit-lifting experience that help you grow as an individual while enhancing group connection. Learn how to trust your intuition, step out of your comfort zone and try something new! We can even help your group process life's toughest obstacles like suicide, death, or abuse to name a few. Ask and you shall receive. The more specific your goals are in the form below, the better the experience will be. We specialize in family programming as well as work-based groups.
