Madison's Mindful Youth Camp | Family Meet & Greet | Tuesday May 30th!
Parents and children will be able to meet some of our camp instructors, ask questions, take home FAQs sheets, pick up t-shirts, buy t-shirts, register if you haven't yet and drop off paperwork if you have!
**Event is weather dependent. Right now, intermittent rain is the forecast for the day, but should cease before the event begins. If it looks like heavy rain, we'll cancel via our Facebook event page. If it's a light drizzle or sprinkle, we'll come together for a cleanse and play in the weather. Check out this incredible LGBTQ opportunity near you!OUT There Adventures (OTA) is an adventure education organization committed to fostering positive identity development, individual empowerment, and improved quality of life for queer young people through professionally facilitated experiential education activities. This summer, we are offering a 5 day canoeing trip in the Boundary Waters for queer youth aged 14-22 years old. Trip dates are June 17th-23rd, 2017. The trip leaves from Tower, MN, which is just outside of Ely, MN and the cost of the trip is $1250. Scholarships are available. All camping and canoeing gear (tents, sleeping bags, etc.) and outdoor clothing (rain jackets, paddling shoes, etc.) will be provided. Please spread the word and share this information with anyone you think might be interested. Also, feel free to hand out or post this flier about the trip.
