Business Initiated Cancellation Policy
 We reserve the right to cancel programs (i.e. low registration numbers, inclement weather, family-related death) for any reason as this is a small business with limited resources. If Hike and Heal Wellness initiates the cancellation of a program, all registered participants who have made a financial investment will get the option to receive a full refund, donate to a scholarship fund or to use their payment as a credit towards a future program. If a local, state or federal government order mandates cancellation of a program, all registered participants who have made a financial investment will be given these same options: full refund, donate or a credit. It is our hope that you take into consideration that we are a very small business and rely on cash-flow to operate. Please consider donating or crediting your investment towards a future program if there is a government-related cancellation. 

Health Policy for Participants, Volunteers and Instructors:

• Please only attend offerings if you are healthy - no persistent coughing or flu-like symptoms may exist 

Participant Initiated Cancellation Policy:
NOTICE OF ANY CANCELLATION NEEDS TO BE EMAILED. A text to your guide, if last minute, is greatly appreciated as well. It is our intention to be fair with everyone who must cancel their wellness program. However, limitations must be set as we incur pre-event expenses. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Groups:

• 60 or more days before the event date, you will be reimbursed 100% of your full payment.
• 30-59 days before the event date, 50% of payment received will be reimbursed to you. The remaining balance will be forfeited to Hike & Heal Wellness, LLC.
• 29 days or less before the event date, no refund will be given. All fees made will be forfeited to Hike & Heal Wellness, LLC. 
• If you can find another group to book a program for the same investment you had agreed to or more, you will receive a full refund.

Retreats: 

• 30 weekdays or more before the event date. You will be reimbursed 100% of your full payment.
• 29 or less, no refund will be given. 
• If you need to cancel due to illness or injury, you will receive a credit for the full amount to be used within ONE YEAR of the cancellation date. 
• At any time, if you can find a replacement participant to pay in full (not discounted), you will receive a full refund.​

School-Year Programs:

• All cancellations are subject to a $50 non-refundable administration fee. Please make your vacation plans prior to registration to avoid this affecting you. 
• ​30 or more days before the event date, you will be reimbursed 100% of your full payment
• 29 days or less before the event date, no refund will be given. If you should need to cancel due to COVID-related health concerns, you may opt to receive a 50% refund, with a 50% credit towards a future Hike & Heal Wellness program within 2 years of the purchase date.
• At any time, if you can find a replacement participant to pay in full (not discounted), you will receive a full refund.

Summer Camp:

• All cancellations are subject to a $50 non-refundable administration fee. Please make your vacation plans prior to registration to avoid this affecting you. 
• If you cancel before June 1, you will receive a full refund.
• If you cancel after June 1, there will be a $50 non-refundable administration fee, followed by a remaining balance credit to be used within 2 years of the cancellation date. ​
• At any time, if you can find a replacement participant to pay in full (not discounted), you will receive a full refund.
