Breathe into Winter Retreat
Do you spend a lot of time in your life caring for others? Us too. It’s time to pause, breathe & smile with a community of like minded allies. Reap the benefits of vibrational healing. Grow your intuition. Have meaningful conversations with a community of skillful listeners. Laugh! Find joy & deeply connect to your truest self. You will begin Saturday in West Madison at 9am, enjoying a guided Forest Therapy Walk to awaken the senses and receive the many benefits of the Japanese preventative health-care practice called Shinrin-yoku. Expect to be outside in winter wonder for 3ish hours, enjoying the warmth of a fire while also allowing space for intuitive fun and playfulness through nature connection invitations. Around noon, we will enjoy a tea ceremony & catered lunch around the fire. You’ll then be invited to snuggle up inside on some anti-gravity chairs at The Awakened Center from 1:30-3pm for Yoga Nidra & a Sound Bath. Sunday (10am-2pm) will be all about continuing to delayer stress & shed the ego. You will benefit from an engaging & hands on workshop to help strengthen your “clair-senses,” as well as another vibrational sound healing concert.
